Seventeen hands, seven days.
Each Pordamsa piece is the result of seventeen manual operations carried out over a seven-day cycle — high-density porcelain fired at 1,400°C, where matte and glossy surfaces are made to coexist. A family firm, still producing in the Empordà.
Pordamsa is a long-standing collaborator with the international culinary avant-garde, with signature pieces developed alongside chefs such as the Roca brothers, Martín Berasategui and Alex Atala — porcelain designed hand-in-hand with the kitchens that plate on it.
